Qualifications of William L. Haralson

Founder and President of WLHA, Bill Haralson has worked in the field of economics consulting since 1965, and in 1981, formed WLHA. Mr. Haralson earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in economics from the University of Missouri. He has served on the faculty of The University of Texas at Dallas, and the Western Resource Management School of Colorado State University. A member of a number of profes­sional associations, Mr. Haralson is a frequent speaker at seminars and workshops. He has served on the Executive Board of the World Waterpark Association and was accorded that Association's Industry Leader­ship Award.
